LynX® Connect has been chosen to control smartphones used by nursing staff in the residential care centre and service flats. Despite there being gap of 80 metres between the two buildings and all communication being managed over a Wi-Fi network, this distance is bridged without any lapses or delays.
As director, Frank Declerck's objective was to conduct all important communication with one single device, preferably a smartphone. This not only concerns calls and video, but also alarms. The latter are raised by apps such as the building management system, care departments or other events on site. The LynX® Client On Smartphone app performs every one of these functions, as well as giving Mr Declerck the opportunity to respond or take action.
